Alaina McGregor is a purpose driven professional that started her career in communications supporting global brands and grassroots causes before moving into a social impact role at Southern Cross Health Trust. She was the leading force behind launching and leading 10x10 Philanthropy Aotearoa for five years, connecting non-profits with emerging philanthropists to support social impact innovation - raising over $300,000 in direct funds and half a million dollars of pro bono support. A huge advocate for the power of skilled volunteering, Alaina is also a Trustee for Volunteering Auckland, championing community and collaboration.

Richard Gray-Smith is an experienced executive recruiter with a strong focus on social impact and purpose-led leadership. With over 15 years' experience recruiting senior talent across New Zealand’s commercial and FMCG sectors, Rich has also carved out a niche supporting not-for-profits, social enterprise, and government entities to find values-aligned leaders who drive change.

He is a passionate advocate for mental health and equity in hiring, volunteering as a recruitment advisor to the Mental Health Foundation and serving on the New Zealand Food and Grocery Council’s Talent and Diversity committee. Outside of work, he’s powered by coffee, driven by purpose, and kept in check by a very energetic toddler.
